    Assuming that hybrid orbitals exist (which is becoming more and more doubtful) then a carbon-nitrogen sigma bond in CH3CH=NHis the overlap between a carbon atom's sp2 and the nitrogen atom's sp2. The non-hybridized p-orbitals on C and N overlap to form the pi bond. The answer is (c).
