yes if you do not turn up the VOLUME.....not more than the MID ..

    how much are the IMPEDANCES?

You will need to wire them so they share an amount of power that doesn't damage them AND the impedance total is not below the amp's stability. now, find out the impedance of each speaker and how many watts each can handle.

Yes, if you know what you are doing.

Do you mean 50 watt speakers?

It's impossible to give a good answer without more information - how are they rated (rms, peak)? What are their impedances? How many 50 watt speakers? Is the amp 100 watts in total or 100 watts per channel? What sound source is it going to be used for - contrast someone gently finger picking an acoustic guitar in front of a mic with a six piece heavy metal band with everything mic'ed up!

If you have a PA that produces 100 watts rms and you have a pair of speakers that can each handle 50 watts rms then that should be okay (IF THE IMPEDANCE MATCHES) but you need to keep the volume down as transient (sudden short high volume sound) could exceed 100 watts.

Yes. BUT if you turn up the gain, you WILL BLOW them OUT.

Not enough information. What is the impedance (ohm) rating of the speakers and amplifier? Without knowing that we cannot tell you. If they are the same and if the speakers can handle 50 watts RMS and the PA system is 100 watts RMS, you would need to be very careful with the volume control or you could easily blow the speakers. If the PA system is rated 100 watts peak power, then it is probably only 50 watts RMS and the speakers would be safe to use with that system.
