If Federer wants more grand slams can he simply wear lipstick and play in the women’s competition as these days there is no gender?

There is a definite gender difference in tennis thus the ATP World Tour for males and the WTA World Tour for females. I believe your point is that though women and men are different they are being treated the same -- rules, prize money, respect … and that is a very good thing. Tennis has it right.

"If Federer wants more grand slams can he simply wear lipstick and play in the women’s competition as these days"
Doesn't work that way.
A man can't simply say he's female and compete.
Authentic trans people take many steps to affirm their gender identity:
Seeing a gender therapist and be diagnosed as having been born trans.
Coming out to friends, family, employers.
Taking hormone replacement therapy.
Legal name change.
Living full-time in their identified gender.
Many other steps, but those are the major one.
In addition most athletic associations and leagues follow the standards set up by the International Olympic Committee.
These standards require that trans people be legally recognized as their gender in their country.
They also require continuous monitoring of hormone levels.
Then there is this stupid end of your question:
"there is no gender"
Completely untrue. Despite this ridiculous claim the world is still organized around the idea of a gender binary. That is especially true in sports where athletes are divided by gender. I'm assuming you're using the word "gender" correctly and you probably aren't. Chances are you probably meant to specify sex and that opens up a whole different conversation. That's because there are at least 6 different biological sexes in humans. How people identify gender-wise is independent of what their chromosomal complement is. Despite whatever their biological sex is, most (better than 95%) of people identify as male or female.
So yeah, you question is a completely stupid rant that doesn't come close to representing what's happening in the real world. But that wasn't your goal at all, because you're simply here to slander and mock transgender people. And even in that effort you have FAILED.
