Can you buy cornflour without sulfites?

    Why would somebody put sulphites into flour? This sounds stupid! Flour doesn't need any kind of preservative.

    All my flours, regardless of the grain used, always contain flour and only flour, no extra ingredient. Sulphites are for wine and that's pretty much all. But I live in Europe, if you're in the US maybe you can see some weird things.

    If you have a strong allergic reaction to sulfites you may already know some ways to ... Residual levels do not usually exceed several hundred parts per million ... from working properly in order to prevent brown pigment formation
