Can america be friends with a country if they do not buy weopons from america?

    Yes. America's economy is not overly dependent on the sale of weapons, although that has been a source of income for the government for many years, just as it is for Russia as well.

    There are a lot of reasons that America would be friends with a country. A trading partner for selling or buying products or commodities is just one of those reasons.

    Sure, but you're missed the point. It's not like most politicians want to be that evil.

    It's the shadow-government, the government above Washington pushing that agenda.
