What are the differences in using chicken broth liquid from a container, or using chicken seasoning cubes to make a broth? Is one better?

to having a good chicken broth than the other? Please explain.

either one is fine. The liquid is more convenient, but the cubes you mix with water stay good on the shelf for a long time,

It's just a matter of preference but the cubes (bouillon) usually have more salt which can be an advantage or disadvantage.

It has to do with the depth of flavor you get. I use knor stock concentrate. It has simmered all day flavor, and you can make it as strong as you wish. It comes in small liquid packets, and you can add as much liquid as you like. I buy it at Walmart.

The seasoning cubes are usually much higher in sodium (salt) and we get too much salt in our diet if we are eating things that come already prepared.

Now, some liquid chicken broth CAN be too high in salt also .. which is why you get the low-sodium kind. Read labels and compare.

You should not take in more than 1200mg of salt a day, but salt is added to everything ... even bread.

    no difference at all.

One is dehydrated form of the other.

the cubes/powder is cheaper because you are not paying for water.

If you want good chicken broth, make some. Buy a package of wings and backs, take an afternoon and make a big batch, freeze it in 1 quart tubs (or what ever size you think you would use it) and you will have the best solution.
