What does it mean if someone has chronic lymphocytosis B cell?

Why would someone tell you that without explaining what it means? Why aren't you asking that person?

The precise wording is important. There's two types of chronic B cell lymphocytosis where one is benign usually associated with female smokers. The other is a type of chronic leukemia. B cell CLL is the most common type of chronic lymphocytic leukemia. The benign form is associated with multiple clones of cells while the leukemia type is comprised of one clone of cells. That's an important distinction which relies on testing to find out.
The only way to find out what it means is to find out specifically what one has. Not enough specific information there to give you a more accurate answer.
