Depends on the jurisdiction but most of the time it's unanimous to prove guilt. Courts do not find people innocent, not guilty is the actual term. Just means that the court could not determine guilt.

In a criminal case the decision of the jury must be unanimous, otherwise the Judge declares a hung jury and a new jury is seated. The number of jurors depends on the level of the court.

In criminal cases it does carry from state to state. But it usually unanimous. And juries in some states have 9 jurors not 12.

Depends on the court and what the alleged crime is as everyone is innocent UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY.. If He is not WHITE he is GUILTY of something maybe not for what they got him for but he is guilty of something else...

Guilty usually requires a unanimous decision in criminal cases
Some minor cases only require majority depending on jurisdiction
So for the majority of jury trials it only takes one not guilty vote
