Is anyone familiar with similar kidney ultrasound results below? I know its best to consult with Dr. Unfortunately mine is on vacay.?

Elevated serum creatinine.

Echogenic appearance of both kidneys, suggestive of medical renal disease. No hydronephrosis or renal mass is seen.

FINDINGS:
Echogenic renal parenchyma bilaterally. Both kidneys are normal in size. No hydronephrosis. No renal lesion is detected. The right kidney measures 10.8 cm and the left kidney measures 11.2 cm in length.

What is seen of the incidentally imaged psoas region is grossly unremarkable.
