The best way to deal with bullies is to simply ignore them, they will then find a new target.

I am being bullied in the workplace and have complained multiple times to my manager and today to HR.

I don't feel like they're doing anything to discipline the person and when I ask for an update they tell me they can't help because of GDPR - what are my rights as the person who complained and who is still experiencing bullying behaviour???

It's really getting me down and it's horrible to work in an environment like this when i love the job.

Go straight to the top of the company you work for and ask them.
