Should women eat red meat or it doesn't matter?

A little red meat every now and then will not hurt, but I suggest eating livers, either beef or chicken. Liver contains a lot of iron and women have a higher need for iron than men.

Many young women do not like a diet of red meat. Ironic, beef provides the most Iron in the human diet. Women lose Iron from monthly menses, and might become anemic in time. Do not take Iron pills on your own! You can forget and take Iron pills too often that could lead to trouble. Research foods that have high Iron content. I eat about 2 hamburgers a month for Iron stores. A Nobel prize scientist with the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas recommends men who eat red meat to donate blood once every 3 months to reduce Iron build-up.

There's nothing specific about women that makes them less able to eat red meat.
But nobody should eat it more than a couple times a week, it's not good to eat it everyday

Women have to eat meat, since they need protein and organic iron. However, it doesn't matter if it's red or white meat.

If they aren't vegetarian, sure. A variety of meats is better than only eating one kind all the time.

Yes, everyone should eat red meat as it gives you strength and is much better for you that donuts.
