Will a fine for disorderly stay on my record if I already payed off my ticket?

I got fined about a couple years ago for fighting someone in a parking lot, but I have payed off the ticket before the deadline. Will it be on my criminal record?

I *think* disorderly conduct is an infraction, like a traffic ticket, and is not a "crime". I *could* be wrong.

No, DC is a misdemeanor. Not serious though. Will stay on unless expunged (if possible) or set aside. Set aside only removes it from immediate public view, doesnt remove it.

DC yes. Unless you apply to have it expunged(if possible in your state and if a minor and first offense) or set aside. Even set asides can be seen by courts and law enforcement.

Everything stays on your record FOREVER.

A judge can order an expungement even if outside the legal parameters.
