Is it possible to cut materials aside from concrete with a concrete saw?

    I wouldn't.

    Call the manufacturer of the blade and ask them their opinion.

    Of course, but generally cutting speed will be unnecessarily reduced. And for certain softer materials like wood, the saw mat not be able to clear the chips, resulting in significant heat buildup in the cut.

    you want to cut steel, ductile, or aluminum, or whatever, buy the blade for cutting that material. tool rental shops sell them along with lowes, home depot and menards

    Not quickly at all. So much cheaper to go out and buy proper blade for that...as the job gets done faster.

    If you are talking about a 14 inch chop saw, you can buy different blades that better suit the material you are cutting. You can cut other materials with a concrete blade, but not nearly as well.

    Seen concrete saws cut through all kinds of things that had to be repaired later, but they aren't really designed to cut through anything else efficiently.

    dry or wet saw? There is a difference and what they can do.

    the blades are specifically designed for cement with carbide teeth. Now, if you to replace the blade, possibly ..........
