Issues digesting meat, chicken, beef etc. Fast food restaurant no problems, but a good quality restaurant: diarrhea. Any idea why?

Could be whatever sauce or spices they use. I am allergic to onions and garlic and resturants seem to add them to every meal.

Fast food is typically very processed and has more additives than just lean meat, and higher-end restaurants will have more lean and straight cuts of meat. You might actually be allergic to meats or have an irritable bowel toward those foods. The only other meat that can commonly be found in fast food is pork, but have you tried things like fish and other seafood, lamb, venison? (Not sure where you could commonly get venison, but you might find a place online). One of my friends has a similar reaction only to beef, but she’s been able to generally get around it by eating mostly fish.
