Is it healthy for you to be Vegetarian or Vegan?

    Depends what you eat, generally they should be statistically more healthy but if you still eat the wrong things you can still be unhealthy.

    Vegans also need to ensure they eat the correct things to get the right amino acids you would normally get from meat. Vegetarians still have the option of cheese for this.

    Vegetarian yes. Or can be. You can eat a bunch of junk food that vegetarian and that's no healthier than eating an omnivorous diet full of junk.

    Vegan is different. We are not meant to be vegan. Its not a horrible way to eat as long as you plan it out and supplement but I wouldn't say its one of the healthiest ways to eat.

    Of course. Vegetarian is pretty fool proof. Vegan requires a little more planning.

    Maybe. It's very difficult to get the right combination of amino acids without ingesting meat or animal products. It can be done- but requires careful calculation of proteins in beans, nuts, etc.
