does walking faster give more benefits than just plain walking (the same distance)?

    sure does, walking with purpose is good exercise, so is going up and down stairs, or even calisthenics, not many fat recruits.......but pay attention to nutrition, we all need more minerals, iodine for adrenals, metabolism, breasts, ovaries, cycle, and much much more, pay attention and learn what your body needs it....
