What's your opinion on the new Lion King remake? (Personally, I prefer the original.)?

The only good part is that it's visually stunning and when Timone and Pumbaa sing The Lion Sleeps Tonight with all the other animals.

I think disney is running out of movie ideas and they're just doing live action remakes of older movies to keep people entertained until they can think of something better. The Lion King, Aladdin, Dumbo, The Jungle Book, Mulan, Beauty and the Beast, Lady and the Tramp, The Little Mermaid and so many more were perfectly fine movies on their own. None of them need a live action remake.

Won't watch anymore remakes after Beauty & the Beast.

Am a little bit put off by remakes to old favorites.
