I need a hotel room tomorrow. I know where I want it. Will the room be cheaper tomorrow since it's last minute?

You're more likely to get a good deal weeks ahead rather than tomorrow.

I have checked into plenty of rooms on the road, late at night, and never gotten a deal, just sayin'

No, it's unlikely to be cheaper.

Maybe, maybe not. If the hotel is pretty full, then probably not. If the hotel is pretty empty, then maybe so. But when they know you need a room right then, they aren't as likely to make a deal with you.

Not necessarily. I've walked into motels at 9 o'clock at night to stay that night and didn't get a deal.
