What is this folder in my iOS Files folder on my Mac?

(see photo)

I'm trying to free up space on my Mac. Deleted most of my iOS backups, but there's this huge folder weighing 33.4GB. When I hit "open in finder" nothing happens. Anyone know what it is, and if I can delete it? Thanks

Apple iPhones are locked down. you cannot access files like that. you have to use iTunes (on the computer).

you can also check Storage (on the iPhone) to see what apps are taking up space. files are not stored alone like on Windows. they are tied to apps.

Try renaming the folder. If that doesn't break anything, it's probably safe to delete. But when you rename it, copy the existing name just in case.
