Ketogenic diet will work, but it's not an overnight miracle.

The same way as any fat. Just eating less calories than what you burn, while keeping the proteins high enough.

I lose my belly fat by changing my diet. I Cut out all greasy, fatty and sugary food and I lost it pretty fast. Exercise would help too.

This question has been answered thousands of times on this website.
1. Change your diet to being healthy and limit caloric intake to 1500 daily.
2. Exercise for an hour, 3 times/week. Doesn't matter what type: Go lift, go do cardio, go do core exercises. Just do it.
