There is no such verb as 'year'. If you do indeed mean 'yearn', you need the preposition 'for' as well.

I yearned for a cookie, but the box was empty.

I eat a cookie every morning with a cup of coffee.

I ate a cookie yesterday as usual.

Both these sentences are correct. 'Eat' is Present, 'ate' is Past, and 'eaten' is the Past Participle.

It depends on what you want to say! We can't possibly know that.

"I eat a cookie" would be very unusual. We don't use the simple present tense to indicate an action that's taking place at the moment.

I don't know what "yearned" is, I assume you might mean "yearned FOR a cookie".

You have much to learn about verbs. It seems that:

    1) you don't understand the difference between the tenses (present tense–there are THREE to choose from– and past tense. And there are a LOT more in English.

    2) Need to learn which verbs are transitive and which are intransitive.

You need to take English classes or get some instruction to learn the basics. That's not something that anyone on here can teach you (if someone wanted to try that'd be up to them, but it's quite a lot of material).

What do you imagine 'yeared' means?

    It's not a word.

    The other two are correct.

    I eat a cookie.

The second option is the most grammatically correct.

    1) I eat a cookie every day .....present tense.

    2) I ate a cookie yesterday....past tense.

    3) I yearned FOR a cookie but there were none to be found.

So the incorrect one is 3)
