What temperature uses more gas?

375 for 30 minutes or 425 for 15 minutes?

    The amount of gas is proportional to the difference between oven temperature and room temperature.

    375 for 30 minutes ...

    it will take less gas to get to 375 but then the oven will cycle on and off to maintain the temp it is set for and this depends on heat loss thru the sides of the oven .. the higher temp loses more heat requiring it to turn back on more often
