Would you consider Death to be worse than Pain?
As a Doctor would you say Death is the worst harm you could let happen?
This leads to multiple conclusions,
Is euthanization moral? should you intentionally let a patient die without consent if said patient is going to live a life of pain and suffering.
At what amount & type of suffering would you draw the line?
Would you agree with the doctors in the 2 cases above and state that the potential of pain or suffering is more harmful than Death?
On the opposite,
Do you think it is morally acceptable for a Doctor to Euthanize a patient, even with consent? If not then What's your position on the opposite extreme, what would you say about assisted suicide?
What would you do in this case?
What would your position be on Abortion? ( I believe the foundation for this final extra question is universally accepted, i.e. although everyone would say snuffing out a life would be wrong in most cases, the point of contention is whether the fetus is a person or not)
So instead of that, I'm more interested in knowing if anyone actually gives person-hood to a fetus and Still believes abortion should be legal.
And if you are against abortion, in the case where you must choose between the life of the mother or the child, which would you choose?
