How long does a diagnosis take for chronic fatigue syndrome? How long for an appointment after referral to a specialist by a doctor?

As of April, Stanford University came out with a blood test for CFS. Appointments by referral usually take 3-5 weeks depending on how busy they are.

Some common blood test are back within a week. Ones that have to go out to special labs like labs for biopsy's of masses, take 3-5 weeks to come back. I would guess this test would be a niche test since its so new...maybe 3 weeks...that would be my best guess. In the mean time, a good rheumatologist could probably figure it out in one appointment without bloodwork just by asking you question,
