Is watching a movie better than doing nothing?

    No, doing nothing means you have time to focus on more important things. There is always something to do. Study meditation and you will never be bored again

    Yes. Movies can be stimulating, like "Network".It was so Prophetic, about a multinational corporation controlling the news. What was ironic is, many actors turned down the lead role, said it was too "Twilight Zone", and never happen. Like, Henry Fonda, Glenn Ford.
