Eat red meat (and leafy green veggies and beans) and rest, and get your iron levels checked ASAP. If your iron levels are really low you may need an IV iron infusion.

could be b12 deficiency or you just need more protein in your diet. I find eating iron rich foods like steak or dried apricots works better than supplements

Well eat some red meat and get plenty of sleep. You should listen to your body. I trust what my body is telling me more than some drug salesman.
