    I think it's b / speaking another language, that is not against the law in the U.S.

    Look how the tourists are allowed to speak their native languages in the streets and anywhere they want to. Especially if they don't know how speak English.

    profanity is legally restricted in some ways ,under some circumstances...... Language, other than English, is also restricted, at times, by societal circumstances... but not by "law"

    With a few exceptions on profanity, none of that is illegal. You shouldn’t mistakenly believe that the First Amendment always protects profanity.
