    .42 x 6.95 = $2.92

    Google search did it.

    I've seen them round down in stores, but it's mathematically correct to round up when the thousandths digit is 5 or over.

    Yes, and a rather easy one at that. 6.95 x 0.42. Surely you have a calculator on your p.c. or telephone. Are you in Bonehead Math?
