Why do so many illegal immigrants come here to commit crimes?

"In 2011, the DHS deported 396,906 people. Of those deported, 54.6 percent were criminal offenders.[10]"

You are so ridiculously stupid that answering your question is a waste of time.

Anyone who violates visa/immigration law disdains the rule of law, thinks they are above the law, and they can never become law-abiding immigrants or citizens. Every visa/immigration law violator needs to be permanently barred from reentry.

Out of a population of tens of millions that's not really a huge percentage. Of course most deportees are felons as that's the only kind of person DHS prioritizes.

they know when it come to them united states don't take the word "illegal" serious. people always say "they just come here for a better living."

so they think when they do something illegal-commit a crime they can say "we just come for a better living" and it'll be thrown to the side.

Wow, I know you can always take statistics and prove a wrong point, but you have taken it to a new level of ignorance.

They can freely enter, and commit crimes. If they are caught (and many are not), they get no jail time, but just deported, to only return soon after, to do it all over again. WE should be harsh to them, many months of HARD LABOR for each crime.

There are between 22 and 30 million illegals in the U.S.

Those deported in this round are a drop in the bucket of criminals.

Actual IMMIGRANTS hardly commit crimes. But, then, they came LEGALLY.

So...they probably have this thing about respecting the rule of law.

It’s America’s national pastime. We have more people in jail than any other country on earth.

There are over 11.1 million undocumented immigrants in the US. So basically less than 2% of undocumented immigrants commit crimes and you're complaining? That's WELL below the norm. Seems like they mostly come here NOT to commit crimes. But the ones that do commit crimes we clearly deport.
