Is there any way to travel from one universe to the next?

At this time, we're not aware of any other universes, although they are theorized. So, any 'travel' between them is going to be contingent on us finding one...

If you define a universe as a self contained spacetime manifold, then it is impossible even in principle to travel or communicate with another universe. It is completly separate from us in both space and time.

If you find one, I would expect you to be a Nobel Prize recipient among many other accolades. Given that conditions in the "next" universe are almost certainly quite different from this one, survivability is not to be expected for any life form that makes such a voyage. Your very existence in that other universe would likely cause a catastrophic reaction.

If you find another universe other than the existing one, be sure to let us all know, it will be a humankind discovery, then the renaming of the universe to one of the mutiverse.
So far, something out of science fiction.
Next coming universe is theory of the cyclic universe and look how old the current one is, you won't live that long.

Even if there was another one, it's too far away. We can't even get to Mars, let alone the next star away (4 ly).
My input: we need to stop living like there is somewhere else we can go
