Just two conductors, and they're color coded? That's pretty easy.

Cut off the damaged part, and strip back the outer jacket and the individual wire insulation on both conductors. "Pigtail" the matching conductors, twisting them together as tightly as you can. Insulate the individual splices, and the overall joint, with any kind of tape.

If you had soldering skills, this would be a permanent repair. "Twist & tape" will do for a while, though.

Cut off the power cord at the damaged point and install a new plug at that point. Pretty easy, and plugs are available at any home improvement store.

Use with extension cord in the future.

Find a Youtube video on splicing wire, which you then wrap with electrical tape. It's pretty easy.

I love how Level 7 users can no longer move this question out of Car Makes-Dodge because Dodge makes a Charger.
