What does it say that so many accused males have been denied due process by colleges, it’s now resulting in class action lawsuits?

It says colleges have been enormously biased against accused males due to feminist pressure and they are now being called to task for their bias and unjust protocols. I expect we will see many, many more instances of colleges being sued for their biased policies, both by individuals and more class action lawsuits as well.

I'm not sure you want to ask that question.

    Why?

Yep, there are a lot of accused rapists that haven't gotten their fair shake in the college "jud court" systems. However, how many have simply taken their expulsion and left with their tail between their legs, not wanting to have their day in "court".

Think about just how bad this problem must be *FOR BOTH SIDES* if people who think their accusations are bogus have added up to a class action. Unless you're going to claim that MOST accusations are bogus (and very few people will take you seriously if you do).

Colleges aren't courts. "Due process" isn't a thing colleges can actually offer. If they want to make this more evidence based that only helps women, so bring it on.

It says that promoting feminism and cultural M@rxism requires totalitarian measures that go against our hard fought for freedoms and human Rights ... such as due process ... in order for their theories to even appear to be valid.

Requiring due process and evidence makes it too difficult to expel accused males. Men who are accused should be immediately expelled without even bothering with kangaroo courts.

That due process is not needed
