How do I explain to a 6 year old why Santa doesn't get into trouble for having his elves make counterfeit toys?

Santa doesn't make counterfeit toys.
With the overpopulation of the earth, even Santa doesn't have enough elves to make all the presents needed.
As a result, he has to purchase toys produced by other companies.
The economics of it are somewhat like Stormy Daniels payout.
Donnie hires michael to pay stormy. Michael pays stormy with zero traceability back to Donnie.
Santa hires "someone" (it's a secret who it is) to buy toys and other gifts from companies.
The secret agent pays for them and has them delivered to the North Pole
But there is zero traceability back to Santa.

They make real toys, nothing counterfeit about them.
made in exact imitation of something valuable or important with the intention to deceive or defraud.
"two men were remanded on bail on a charge of passing counterfeit $10 bills"
a fraudulent imitation of something else; a forgery.
"he knew the tapes to be counterfeits"
