Should I go to the doctor?

I’m 19 and I’ve been sick about two weeks. I never got the symptoms of a cold, stuffy/runny nose, I just got pain and tiredness. I’m not having any head congestion and my nose is clear but I have extreme post nasal drip that I think is getting in my lungs. I don’t have any urge to cough but every once in awhile I do because my lungs are filling up with mucus, like a very thick snot. I have no urge to cough and no symptoms!!! I am very tired and don’t know what to do because this has been going on for weeks and my throat and head hurt so bad from coughing I can’t swallow anything!!
