Would you purposely space your pregnancies back to back?
Like baby #1 and baby #2 only a year to year and a half apart in age?
And baby #3 only 1-2 years later?

Nope. Too many health risks. I actually wasn't medically cleared to try for another a pregnancy until a year after my son was born, due to prior complications.

No,
No parent has any control how far apart
their kids are born it just happens when ever
it happens & most will hope for the best!

My work holds the power to fire people and demand repayment of maternity leave payment if someone doesn’t come back full time for minimum 6 months, my wife will be back at work for almost a year till she wants to have another baby.

Absolutely not. I have c-sections, and that would be suicide.
If that wasn't a factor, I personally still wouldn't. But for the next person it might work out great. My sister had four kids in five years, loved how it turned out, and thinks I'm insane to have nearly twenty years between my oldest and youngest.
