Why is Brain Cancer the only type of Cancer that doesnt cause metastasis?

All types of Cancer spread to other organs and cause metastasis except Brain Cancer. Usually Cancer cells spread to the brain but not from the brain to other organs. I read that once that Brain Cancer unlike other forms of Cancer doesnt spread and I was wondering why is that?

P.S. Thank goodness that it doesnt spread luckily by the way.

Having Cancer on one organ is bad enough let alone on more organs.

Brain cancer can spread, through the central nervous system, causing what are called drop metastases to the spinal cord.

It does spread outside the brain, but its rare. The main reason it's rare is very simple: neural cells are huge compared to the size of most other cell. Its much harder for big cells to move through lymph and blood vessels than small cells.

It can grow and spread inside the brain, unfortunately.
