Do you think third-age feminism is dead or dying?

I have noticed the movement getting a ton of backlash the world over now. And many people who want equality for the sexes are walking away from feminism as they aim to separate themselves from extremist but still stand for equality under the new term "equality". How do you feel about feminism and do you think it is fading?

I'm not sure I'd say it is dying, but it's pretty sickly.

Clearly there are feminists who have figured out that their message is actively turning some women off. Many have tried to modify the message but the concept of "women good men bad" is so pervasive in the movement that they don't even recognize when they change it that they still seem to be saying it.

Source(s): WAS a feminist until a bit over 4 years ago. Have come to realize it is easier to fight for gender equality without associating myself with people who don't have any ability or desire to see things from men's point of view.

Feminists tend to be inherently miserable people. Not only do they dislike happy couples, they dislike ANYONE who is happy. In the end, they will die unloved, unremembered, and most likely unnoticed . They will have been born, lived, and died, and no one ever gave a flying fµck. And they know it, and hate it, and they long to be happy but don't even know what happy is, and because they lack the intelligence and self reflection to improve themselves they double and triple and quadruple down on their destructive path. But if they see others who did it a different way and seem to have it together, they get triggered like old, fat, ugly, disgusting cat ladies always do. The young ones know that solitary holidays are their future, so they want to drag as much of the world down with them as possible. They would rather die alone and in Scrooge like misery than admit they were wrong.

You have it backwards. Third wave IS "equality" feminism. Women are walking away from third wave to become RADICAL FEMINISTS. Second wave and radical is liberation and separation. The causes for this are mainly 1)porn culture/the sex trade, 2) trans activism. Radical feminism has increased by 10s of thousands of members on all the women's forums I read over the last 3 years. 2015 seems to have been the turning point.

Cant be about equality if it says feminism, its totally focused on women over men.  So no dear, you have it backwards.

I'd say so yes, it has certainly stopped growing or improving, so it's dead when it comes to that. But it's still present and likely will be for a while because there's still plenty of money and cultists behind it.

I'd say that it's dead inside but it's still being pushed around.

Sadly 3rd wave feminism is NOT fading or dying , it is well funded , legally backed and they indoctrinate girls / young women in the education systems , esp female uni students. Only the left wing Cultural Marxist viewpoint is accepted in these fee paying " re-education " camps , at least the Soviets sent you there for free !
