Should I bring my high school diploma to reception? Army Basic Training? Or just my ID, birth certificate and SS?

Don't forget your baptismal certificate and your last high school report card.

Just your ID. The rest absolutely SHOULD NOT be taken to Basic Training. Yur birth certificate and Social Security cared may need to be seen by the recruiter, but if you take them to Basic, the BEST case scenario is they will be mailed to your family without getting lost.

They give you lists of what to bring. Ask your recruiter.

Do not volunteer info. They will not want a copy of your diploma, they will probably ask for transcripts.

You can take it in case they ask for it. But waving it under their noses will not do you any favours.
