If you are healing should you be with someone who places you first rather than someone who doesn't value you?
Of course during the process of healing you are looking for someone fully supportive, and you don't have time for someone else. In that situation, should you avoid people who put anyone else before you.

It depends on the scenario and how you are treated, sometimes people who put you first, tell you they value you and demonstrate it to you turns out to be the one who abuses you and hurts you.

Know that we are all healing in some way.But to actively look for someone "fully supportive" is not true healing. It helps if you allow understanding, patient, and positive people in your life.It need not be a partner it could be family close friend even neighbours who watch out for your welfare in a distant way.The types of activity you do and the pleasure you receive from being productive, creative and just generally having an optimistic attitude. It's the simple small things that give your life meaning.
