I feel nauseous when I think about meat. I’ve never really been able to eat meat. I want to be able to eat it as I need more protein. Help?

    if ur vegan/or vegetarian.....u dont have to eat meat to get protein..! So many foods with Protein in it that you can eat instead*¬ check out this site for PROTEIN foods IF vegan or vegetarian!.......................

    have you ever tried tofu? there are also vegan meat options as well.

    There are more sources of protein besides meat!

    Just eat other things that have protein. Dairy, eggs, legumes, peanutbutter etc have protein

    why are you asking vegans and vegetarians how to eat meat??

    You need more protein?

    Eat yogurt, milk, eggs, etc. you don/t HAVE to eat meat to get protein.

    AND why do you need more protein? Has your doctor told you this or are you just making stuff up?.

    Why not eat peanuts and tree nuts? If you aren't allergic, those contain quite a bit of protein.

    There are plenty other vegetarian foods that have plenty of protein.
