Can the Human body produce its own enzymes?

    Yes, of course it can. I have no idea from where you imagine your body's myriad enzymes come.

    Yes but our system is kind of lazy and often if our body needs a certain substance it prefers we eat it directly.

    Yes, it does. eg.....proteas...to digest prorein,

    lipase...to digest fats, ptyalin to digest carbohydrates..
