Will doing cheer and tumbling make me fit?

So I’m 5’7 and 140 pounds and I’m curious if me doing cheer will help me become more toned and fit. I am also doing tumbling the same day I do cheer so I’m constantly moving and working out. I also do PE at school. So do you think this will tone my body? Sorry if that doesn’t make sense. lol
