No, don’t add to her problems unless you saw her beating her children or using drugs in front of them. In those situations, you SHOULD call the police. She must be in a bad situation to cause her to be living in a car with 3 kids. She could have fled an abusive partner, you just don’t know. They could possibly be taken away from her if you report her when she just needs a little help. Write down the number to the local women’s shelter and any other resources, like where to get a free meal. They accept children at the women’s shelter, so they won’t be separated. Maybe she doesn’t HAVE a phone to use in which case you could offer to call for her. Kindness when things feel hopeless can be a life saver. You just might forever impact those children’s lives in a good way. ❤️

learn English first. "there" should be "their".

Way to really dig your heels to help society by correcting “their” grammar while others actually want to make a difference. Making fun of others is a classic ex. of hiding behind your own fears; filling a desperate need to tout intelligence when people are fighting battles beyond High School grammar

You could offer her some help, advise her who she may see or just mind your own business.

You could, OR you could mind your own business.

Where is your sense of being a Good Samaritan & helping your fellow man? Or do you see it as all for you, & you are what the world revolves around? 🙄

Grammar again? Is this the grammar police? It’s not kicking someone when the are down when they will share & get them in all the local gov’t social programs to help them. I can see this is intimidating, so share or offer to have her follow u to a shelter. They can give her & the children more info.
