Is it possible to survive being frozen the same way Captain America was frozen for over 70 years in the ice?

Obviously I get that with today’s technology it’s impossible. However could we one day figure out how to cryogenic someone with out damaging their cells, tissues, organs etc, then keeping them in hibernation for a long period of time?

No, not in today's world. Once ice crystals form in the brain, the thawing of the body just gives you a dead body.

If you are some kind of canadian frog, yes (probably not that long though)

If you are a human, no

Though cold may slow down your ageing, you would either freeze to death or die before a meaningful amount of time passes
