The smoking doesn't actually harm your penis, it can raise your blood pressure which decreases your blood flow which makes it more difficult to get and keep an erection. When you stop smoking most everything negative about smoking starts to get better fairly quickly.

The dick damage doesn't happen right a way, but over time it DOES cause arterial damage and CO replaces some of the oxygen in the blood. After quiet a few years, lung damage causes you to tire faster, while you're "exercising" Shinkage? That would take a long time. but you won't like bladder cancer that's caused by smoking.

Source(s): If you're thinkin' about smoking for a few years, then quitting that's lyin' to yourself. Don't start or quit soon. It's too god damned expensive, too.
