What form of be is grammatically correct in: "What I'll miss the most would be/will be/is the Sun?

Sequence of tenses .-- would, would . or will, is
Conditionals can be statements of fact, in which case the verbs are future and present, or untrue/hypothetical, in which case the verbs are past tense, including the past tense forms would, could, might, etc.

You can take 'is' out.

Will be, to parallel I'll miss.

when you will miss, that missed thing will be (what is missed). match the tenses. This is not a conditional statement, where there is an if, or where there is a would to begin with. What I would miss the most would be the sun OR what I will miss will be the sun.
I will miss something. What will it be? I would miss something. What would it be?

Either 'will be' or 'is', but not 'would be'.

What I'll miss most will be the Sun.
What I'd miss most would be the Sun.
Are you definitely going away?...the first
Hypothetically going away...the second.

The correct word is 'is'.
You would only use 'would be' id you had said 'What I would miss most ...'
