Where do I go for an ear wax removal?

I feel like I might need an ear wax removal, but I dont know where to get one. Can they just do an ear wax removal at my doctors or do I have to go somewhere specific because I dont know?

An ear nose and throat doctor? Talk to your main doctor first and see if he can help. If not, he will send you to the ENT

The best place to have that done is at your doctor's office. Or, go to an emergency clinic.

Get a refferal from you Primary Care Physician (PCP) to a specialist, Ear, Nose & Throat Doctor.

It is called abrasion, while a GP (PCP) can do the job. They don't like it. special equipment and special insurance might be needed. Also, I will be Mentioning the skill as well.

Even a specialist may cause pain. There is no anesthetics. Vacuums and flushing is unpleasant.

Home kits are dangerous, as they are all too easy to misuse.

Get an earwax removal kit from your pharmacy.

They wouldn't do it at my doctor's office. Went to an ENT.

You can even do it yourself and quite easily and inexpensively.

Just go to the local drugstore and ask for Waxol ear drops ( or similar).
