What gas, abundant in Earth’s atmosphere, is unique to Earth and where did this gas come from?

Nitrogen is unique to Earth and came from volcanic degassing..

Oxygen in the atmosphere is unique to Earth and is produced by vegetation.

CO2 is unique to Earth and came from the oceans..

    Oxygen gas. It is very reactive and wouldn't last long without being constantly generated. It is generated by oxygenic photosynthesis by cyanobacteria, algaes, plants.
