Eat fruits, vegetables and grains so you get your fiber and drink 2 quarts of water a day so the fiber soaks it up and moves things along. Don't forget to exercise. Exercises helps move things through your system.
If' you're all stopped up, try a laxative like Ex-Lax and wait for the explosion. If that doesn't help then you're going to need an enema to loosen things up.
Here's another tip for you, when you sit on the toilet lean forward as far as you can, it puts your body in a more natural position and helps stuff come out more easily. Good Luck and don't let it go too long or you'll have to go to the emergency room and have it scooped out and trust me, you do not want that to happen.

drink a tall glass of warm water every half hour, then go lay flat, the water will soften up the poo, and your body will let you know when it's time to go......

Go to Taco Bell and load up on a ton of their food. Problem solved.
