This is usually due to your graphics card needing an update or replacement. Have they ever worked fine? If it's a new PC, you may not have a strong enough power supply or hardware that isn't seated properly. It could also be temperature issues due to fan issues, or dust buildup that could be solved by cleaning your PC with compressed air.
Step 1: Clean PC with compressed air if there is visible dust
Step 2: Visually inspect hardware to make sure everything is plugged in securely, no cables are touching hardware, and fans are running smoothly
Step 3: Update graphics card driver if possible
